Finding the Right Colours

I have to consider the different colours for my magazine and what they would represent. 

And the colours on my contents page: 

I don't want my contents page to contain a massive image like my front page, instead it will have lots of little images which will give the target audience an idea about the articles they will be reading. I hope that the pictures will interest them as much as my front page and the colours that I have chosen for my contents page will.
